Whole Naked Oat Flour – Stone Ground
Made from 100% naked oats grown in Lancashire, this flour is stone-ground to preserve its natural goodness and fine texture. Unlike traditional oats, naked oats naturally shed their hulls during harvest, retaining the nutrient-rich bran, germ, and endosperm. This means they require no additional processing. The resulting flour is creamy-textured, high in fibre and packed with nutrients.
Oat flour adds moisture and a delicate sweetness to baked goods. Use it to enhance cakes, cookies, and pancakes, or blend it with other flours to create softer, more tender loaves. It also works well as a thickener in soups, sauces, and stews.
