The Lexen Healthy Mincer and Pasta Maker will make a great addition to your kitchen. It’s affordable, small, easy to use and has countless uses. In short it’s one of the most versatile devices you can have around.
Grind and mince your own meat and fish. Make three different varieties of pasta. Mounds of ground cheese for pizzas and tacos are produced in seconds. Grinding nuts and vegetables is a breeze. Make yourself homemade salsa and tomato sauces too. And finally, use the sausage attachment to make your own sausages.
A strong suction base attaches to your worktop. The augar, your chosed plate and its retaining screw are easily attached to body, which then slides onto the base. Pop the handle into place and you’re ready to go. Three grinding plates (coarse, medium and fine), 3 pasta plates (linguini, spaghetti and rigatoni) and a sausage tool are all included.
