Sprouting-Jar Lid (BPA-Free)
- BPA-free plastic lid with small drainage holes
- Screws onto a wide-mouthed mason jar (available separately, or as a Sprouting-Jar, Lid and Seeds package)

- The lid is gently concave allowing rinsing of seeds without removing the lid, and has nodules on top to allow free drainage while sitting lid-down

Directions –
Put a few tablespoons of your chosen sprouting seeds in the bottom of your jar and fill half the jar with water. Screw the lid on and leave the jar sitting upright for 10-12 hours.
Drain the water through the lid and then refill the jar with plenty of water. Swirl for a short time to clean your seeds, and then drain again. This time leave the jar lid-down and flat (on a plate/draining rack) so that water doesn’t pool in the jar. Leave for 12 hours in a warm, shady/dark place.
Repeat the process of rinsing, draining and sitting lid-down, every 12 hours.
After around 3-5 days your sprouts are ready to eat.
Wash the lid by hand or pop it in the dishwasher.
