Sprouting Yellow Mustard Seed
Brassica juncea
Yellow Mustard Seed sprouts are nutritious and flavoursome. Belonging to the Brassica family, they produce a wonderful tender sprout that tastes a little like Horseradish.
Grown as a low input crop these seeds have had minimal, if any, chemical intervention throughtout the growing, harvesting and storage processes.
Yellow Mustard Seed can be sprouted in jars as well as trays. Easily grown, it germinates best at 16 – 25°.
