Wheat Seed for Sprouting
Our wheat seed is ideal for growing sprouts. Grown and harvested on the farm, sprouting wheat is dried slowly using cool air to a moisture content of 14%; being careful not to overheat the seed preserves its germination rate.
Sprout these seeds at any time of year and add to breakfast cereals such as muesli, desserts, salads and other dishes. Wheat sprouts are a great source of Vits B1, 2, 3 and 6, Vits C & E, iodine, potassium, manganese, sodium, niacin, pantothenic acid, phosphorus, sulphur and zinc.
