These winter oat seeds produce vibrant sprouts and nutrient-dense oat grass, packed with essential vitamins and minerals. Ideal for indoor sprouting or juicing, and also suitable for sowing outdoors in autumn as a traditional winter crop.
Traditionally used as oatmeal or oat bran, oats have found new popularity as fresh sprouts and juice grass. Sprouted oats can be added to salads or sandwiches, while the grass can be grown for pet consumption or cut and juiced—try mixing with fruit juice for added nutrition.
Grown without chemical treatments or seed dressings, these undressed oat seeds are suitable for:
