Our whole grain barley is regeneratively grown here on our Lancashire farm, without pesticides or fungicides. It's full of natural nutrition and ideal for both home cooking and flour milling.

We keep the grain intact and unpolished (this is not pearl barley), so you get the full benefit of its gentle nutty flavour and high fibre content. It’s a non-wheat flour option that still contains a little gluten, so it’s more versatile than many gluten-free flours.

Perfect for baking, soups, stews, or stone milling at home.

We harvest, clean, and pack everything on-site, ensuring full traceability and quality from field to bag.

Available in multiple sizes, including 5kg and 10kg food-safe lidded bucket options.
